All the District Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that, with reference to the minutes of the video conference in the reference cited, the soft copies of the following materials are hereby sent through mail to bring awareness well in advance among the parents, community, students, public representatives and NGOs.
1. Gnana Dhaara Pamphlet to distribute to the parents by 23.04.2018
2. Gnana Dhaara Brochure to distribute to all the stake holders and Head Masters before 25.04.2018
3. Subject wise Teachers instructions booklets - 8 (V class booklets - 4; IX class booklets - 4) to each venue before 25.04.2018
4. P.ET booklet - 1 before 25.04.2018
