Proposal of sanction of 33days ELs to the teachers Rejected Rc.No 94

The attention of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam is invited to the reference cited  After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby reject the request of teachers to credit the libs for which they are not entitled as the EL had not been debited from their accounts earlier. For the period of 33 days, they were paid salaries also. Thus, it amounts to allowing dual and unintended benefits.
The Commissioner of School Education, AP ibrahimpatnam shall take further necessary action in the matter.
