All the District Educational Officers in the state are aware that the Induction training programme scheduled as read in reference 2 is postponed due to Janmabhoomi Programme as read in reference3.
In this connection the training programme in residential mode is rescheduled to conduct from 27.01.2018 to 30.01.2018. at the venues as furnished in annexure - I. The subject teachers (except social studies) who are pooled up to different regional centres from all districts have to attend the 4 days training in residential mode as per the allotment made in annexure - I. S.A Social Studies have to undergo training in residential mode in their respective districts only.
In this regard, you are requested to refer to the instructions given in the progs. cited in reference 2. Further you are requested to follow the guidelines given in annexure - IV for the effective conduct of trainings. Funds are hereby transferred to the DEOs accounts along with Unit Costs details in annexure - V. Subject wise and centre wise list of RPs allotted to the districts is enclosed in annexure - II. Time table for the 4 days training programme is enclosed in annexure - III.
Hence you are requested to depute the Resource persons and teachers to their respective training centres from 27.01.2018 to 30.01.2018. As the District Educational Officers are the Course Directors to these trainings, you are requested to go through all the annexures listed below in detail and plan for the trainings without any lapses. You are further requested to submit Utilization Certificate, bills and vouchers of the allocated funds and return unspent balance if any, within 10 days of the completion of the programme.
