In continuation of this office proceedings in the reference read above and keeping in view of the request made by the APOs, ASOs and District Planning Coordinators, all the Project Officers SSA in the State are informed that the unit cost for printing of plan formats and other expenditure for 2018-l9 is communicated herewith for taking further action in the matter. The expenditure on TA and DA, if any shall be met from the budget provision available with the Project Officers. The details of unit cost prescribed for each item is appended to this proceeding.
An amount of Rs.1000/- is released to each Mandal Educational Officer to meet the expenditure towards preparation, Spiral and Xerox charges of Mandal Plan.
