All the the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA are informed that the Commissioner of School Education and Ex-officio Project Director, RMSA, AP is pleased to accord sanction for an amount of an amount of Rs.73.38 Lakhs(Rupees Seventy Three Lakhs Thirty Eight Thousand Only) towards Excursion Trip for taking 3669 Students of identified 3669 Secondary Schools (List enclosed) for outside of the District/ State, Out of the total amount approved for Rs.436.46 lakhs as approved in PAB 2017-18. The amount to be released as follows:

Further, they are informed that the objectives, guidelines for organizing excursion trip, budget , suggestive places for the trip and formation of committee are enclosed herewith.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA are hereby instructed to communicate the guidelines to all the Head Masters of 3669 Secondary Schools and coordinate with them to take students for taking excursion Trip Outside of the District/State for the year 2017-18.
