All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in state are requested to issue necessary instruction to all MEO's/H.M's of High Schools/U.P Schools/Primary School to take necessary action to change the category of electrical connection from category II to category VII to reduce the electricity bill by contacting the authority concerned i.e. D.E IE.E or Call centre of the electricity department with the following documents.
1. Latest electrical bill and receipt.
2. Aadhar card of the Headmaster lid proof of the Headmaster.
3. Request letter to manager of Call centre.
This shall be treated as MOST URGENT
