O R D E R :-
In the reference 1st read above, the Director of Adult Education, AP, Ibrahimpatnam has stated that the Government of India have sanctioned and released grants to the Government of Andhra Pradesh for implementation of Saakshar Bharat Programme in the State during the year 2017 – 18 (up to September, 2017) as the Central share Rs.18,72,00,000/- and State share Rs.12,48,00,000/- total grant sanctioned is Rs.31,20,00,00. He has requested to issue BRO and administrative sanction and permit to draw the amount of Rs.31,20,00,000/- and credit the same in the main Bank Account of Andhra Pradesh State Literacy Mission operated in SBI Main Branch, Koti, Hyderabad to meet the expenditure as per Saakshar Bharat Programme guidelines.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (FMU-EDN.) Dept., have issued BRO for an amount of Rs.31,20,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty one Crores Twenty Lakhs only) from the BE provision 2017 – 18 Rs.172.00 lakhs + as additional funds of Rs.2948.00 Lakhs in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at appropriate time during financial year 2017 – 18 (Rs.1872.00 lakhs (60%) as Central Share and Rs.1248.00 lakhs (40%) as Matching State Share) towards implementation of Saakshar Bharat Programme in the State during the year 2017 – 18 (up to September, 2017).
