ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur, A.P., Guntur in the references read above, Government, after careful examination of the proposal hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, AP, Guntur to renew the contract faculty (3672) working in Government Junior Colleges in Andhra Pradesh State from the re-opening day of colleges to upto the last working day of the academic year 2017-18, subject to existing terms and conditions. Any renewal may be processed three months before the expiry of contract to avoid discontinuity in case regular recruitment to fill vacancies are not taken up in that year.
2. The Commissioner of Intermediate Education, AP, Guntur shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
3. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (HR.II) Department vide their Finance U.O.No. 31025/117/2017, dated 26-7-2017.
