Government in the reference cited has stated that amendments are issued to the Presidential Order and the same have been published in Gazette of India vide Nos.527 8: 529, dated.23-06-2017 and re-published in A.P. Gazette Nos.388 8: 389, dated.04-07-2017 and requested the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam to frame new common service rules in consultation with Experts, Teachers MLCs and Teachers Associations.
Keeping in view of the above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam is hereby constitute a Committee with the following Hon'ble MLCs and Officers of the School Education Department "to study all Court Cases, Constitutional Provisions, Presidential Order, A.P. Education Act 1982 and A.P. Panchayath Act etc. and to frame New Common Service Rules to fill up the posts of HMs, MEOs, DyEOs, Junior Lecturers in Govt. Jr. Colleges, Senior Lecturers in DIETs and Lecturers in DIETS etc.
