All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed to take up Transfers Counselling of Head Masters Gr.II / Teachers acting as NCC unit officers after completion of the Transfers Counselling of all preferential categories so as to ensure that no NCC units in the schools remain Non-functional due to lack of NCC unit officers in the interest of school children studying in those schools having NCC Units.
For this, all the NCC unit officers in the seniority lists of respective categories may be enlisted separately as per their entitlement points, carefully and then conduct the Transfers Counselling to them and ensure that all the NCC unit having schools are provided with NCC unit officers to the maximum extent possible.
