In view of the clarification sought by the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Guntur in the reference read above, the following instructions are issued.
i) to fill up the vacant posts of Mandai Educational officers as per the orders issued by the Government in G~O.Ms.No.10 & 11, dated 30.01.2017 duly conducting counseling.
ii) In Spite of conducting counseling, if the MEO posts are fallen vacant, the posts may be filled by making Full Additional Charge arrangement with the neighbouring mandals of MEOs on temporary measure to avoid hardship for payment of salaries to the teachers.
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state are requested to take further necessary action accordingly.
