ORDER:
Vide ref 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad has informed that Government of India, MHRD, New Delhi vide F.No.14-1/2016-RMSA.I(SC) dt. 31/3/2017 have sanctioned an amount of Rs.13,03,00,000/-(Rupees Thirteen Crores Three Lakhs Only) as recurring grant for implementation of Integrated Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan programme (RMSA) for the year 2016-17 to the Andhra Pradesh Secondary Education Society. Hence, she has requested to sanction and release Rs.21,71,67,000/- including State share of Rs.08,68,66,667/-
2. Vide ref 2nd read above, the Finance (FMU.Education) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.21,71,67,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Crores Seventy One Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousands only) from the BE provision 2017-18 (Rs.13,03,00,000/- (60% of central share) +Rs.8,68,67,000/- (40% of State matching share) as Recurring grant for implementation of integrated Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan programme (RMSA) for the year 2016-17 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders under the Head of Accounts 2202-02-789-12-07-310-312, 2202-02-789-06-07-310-312.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education A.P., Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.21,71,67,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Crores Seventy One Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousands only) from the BE provision 2017-18 (Rs.13,03,00,000/- (60%of central share) +Rs.8,68,67,000/- (40% of State matching share) as Recurring grant for implementation of integrated Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan programme
(RMSA) for the year 2016-17 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders under the Head of Accounts 2202-02-789-12-07-310-312, 2202-02-789-06-07-310-312.
4. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.
