O R D E R:
In the reference 2nd read above, the State Project Director, SSA, Vijayawada has requested to allot special grant of Rs.4407.90 lakhs for maintenance of School Toilets in Government Schools, to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Amaravati.
2. In the G.O. 3rd read above, Finance (FMU- Edn) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.44,07,90,000/- (Forty Four Crores, Seven Lakhs, Ninety Thousand only) from the BE provision 2017-18 towards maintenance of toilets in Government Schools in the state under SSA under the head of account 2202-01-001-06-05-310-312.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU Edn) Department, administrative sanction is hereby accorded to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Amaravati for an amount of Rs.44,07,90,000/- (Forty Four Crores, Seven Lakhs, Ninety Thousand only) from the BE provision 2017-18 towards maintenance of toilets in Government Schools in the state under SSA under the head of account 2202-01-001-06-05-310-312.
4. The Commissioner of School Education/State Project Director, SSA in coordinated manner shall take necessary action by ensure that the money reaches the schools and wages are paid without any further delay.
