POLYCET is a Polytechnic common entrance test conducted by State Board of Technical
Education and Training, Vijayawada for admission into Diploma level programs conducted in
Government, Aided, Private, Un-aided polytechnics and Second Shift polytechnics run in
existing Private un-aided Engineering Colleges.
The various diploma courses in Engineering offered through POLYCET in the Polytechnics,
Course duration and the area of employment as envisaged for placements as Technicians and
Technical Supervisors as well as possible areas for continuing education.
