Sub: Education-Secondary Education--Conduct of Extra Classes during holidays for X class students for the year 2016-17-sanction of CCls-orders-issued.
Instructions are given to conduct the Extra Classes during holidays for X class from the month of October, 2016 to improve the standards of the students who are going to appear for S S C Public Examinations, March 2016.
In this regard, after careful pursuance 3(three) CCls are sanctioned for the teachers who conducted Extra classes for X class during holidays from the month of October, 2016 to February, 2017. All the Headmasters concerned are here by instructed to prepare the list of teachers who conducted Extra classes for X class only, and sanction three CCls.The sanctioned CCls must be utilized by the individual within six months from the sanctioned date.
