ORDER:
The A.P.Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee, in its meeting held on 22-09-2016, has resolved to fix fee structures determined for B.E. / B.Tech, M.E. / M.Tech,MBA & MCA Courses for the block period 2016-17 to 2018-19 in respect of (1) B.E./B.Tech, (1) M.E./M.Tech, (13) MBA & (2) MCA Private Un-Aided Professional Institutions in the State of Andhra Pradesh, as contemplated in Rule 4(v) of the A.F.R.C. Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.6, Higher Education(EC.A2)Department, dt.08-01-2007.
2. Vide reference 2nd read above, the Minutes of the Meeting of A.P.Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee held on 22-09-2016 along with the recommendations of the AFRC regarding the fee structure for B.E. / B.Tech, M.E. / M.Tech, MBA & MCA Courses for the block period 2016-17 to 2018-19 in respect of (1) B.E./B.Tech, (1) M.E./M.Tech, (13) MBA & (2) MCA Private Un-Aided Professional Institutions in the State of Andhra Pradesh have been received with a request to issue necessary notification in the matter.
3. After careful examination of the matter, the Government hereby issue the following notification and shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh extra-ordinary Gazette:-

In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 8 and 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Unaided Minority / Non-Minority Professional Institutions (Regulations of Admissions into B.E./B.Tech, M.E. / M.Tech, MBA & MCA Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2011 issued in the G.O.Ms.No.74, Higher Education(EC.2)Department,dt.28-07-2011, G.O.Ms.No.75, Higher Education(EC.2)Department, dt.28-07-2011 and G.O.Ms.No.60, Higher Education(EC.2)Department, dt.26-05-2006, read with sub rule (v) of Rule 4 of A.P.Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (For Professional courses offered in Private Un-aided Professional Institutions) Rules, 2006 issued in G.O.Ms.No.6, Higher Education(EC.2)Department, dt.08-01-2007 and in pursuance of the resolutions of the Committee(AFRC) in their meeting held on 22-09-2016, the Governor of Andhra
