The attention of all the Regional Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references 1st & 2nd read above,wherein 1450 posts Language Pandits Gr II have been upgraded by the Government.The District-wise allocation of posts as per the sanction accorded by the Government in the reference 1st read above and the criteria adopted for arriving of the number district-wise was also communicated in the reference 3rd read above.
In continuation of this office Proceedings 3rd read above, District-wise annexure showing the school-wise details of Language Pandit Gr-II posts upgraded as School Assistant (Languages) is herewith communicated to all the District Educational Officers for taking necessary action as per rules in the matter.
The District Educational Officers are also requested to ensure that necessary entries are recorded in the school records under proper attestation regarding up gradation of the posts with the details of the G.O. in which upgraded and this office proceedings without fail.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
