O R D E R :
In the circumstances reported by the Director, AP Open School Society, Guntur and Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby permit the Director, AP., Open School Society, Guntur to adopt the rates/ remuneration fixed by the Board of Intermediate Education, AP., Hyderabad vide its Proceedings No.6/25-4/IPE March/2016, dated 09.02.2016 with effect from 1st September, 2016 from the examination fee collected without any financial commitment to the Government either now or in future as agreed by Finance (FMU. Edn.) Department.
2. The Director, AP Open School Society, Guntur shall take further action accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU. Edn.) Dept. vide their U.O. No.85140/133/FMU. Edn.SE/2016 dated 31.05.2016.
