ORDER:
It has been brought to the notice of the Government vide reference cited that
Advisory Committee on Employees Allocation have recommended to evolve a policy to
consider interstate transfer of the cases of spouses who are in local cadres in different
States and working in other states consequent on recruitment as per rules in existence prior
to bifurcation, for transfer to their local state on their request between the State of Andhra
Pradesh and State of Telangana. Similar requests have been coming forth from the
employees to consider interstate transfers on mutual basis also.
2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter and in consultation with the
Government of Telangana, hereby constitute an “Officers Committee” with the following
members:

3. The Committee shall evolve a policy to consider the cases of Inter State transfer of employees between the State of Andhra Pradesh and State of Telangana on following categories and submit its report immediately:
A. Inter-State transfer of Spouses.
B. Mutual transfer of local cadre employees.
C. Mutual transfer of all State cadre employees.
